Meet Shirley Goodman, known as “The Dancing Nana”
At 100, an age when most people need to rest their body, Shirley Goodman would rather do the Tush Push.
She’s known as “The Dancing Nana” on Instagram, where her family posts videos of the great-grandmother tap dancing, shimmying, doing the floss dance and otherwise having a great time at parties and family gatherings.
But Goodman really went viral in 2019 when she performed the Tush Push, a line dance with twirls and kicks, at the age of 96 at her nephew’s wedding, as other, much younger guests barely kept up with the routine.
